My cat mug arrived moderately quick, packaged very safe and secure. The only major problem I have with the mug is that there is only a tiny bit of material to keep the lid (or the cat head) from detaching from the mug in itself, this means that it can fall off very easily when you are holding it (walking around) unless you secure it with your hand. The mug is indeed ceramic (as well as the little spoon) as well as handpainted. The color of the mug is more closer to grey than what I selected (beige with stripes) and the thickness of the ceramic is just a tiny tiny bit on the thin side but the mug in itself does have a bit of weight to it. I also noticed that my mug did have a very very light stain on one side but it really isn't noticeable unless you look closely. Overall, it's an 7.5/10 for me.
It's perfect! Spoon is also ceramic :)
