One badge was slightly cracked In the gift came a nice rope and an elastic band for hair
Very cute it came in about two weeks, the buttons seem fragile but all intact, there is two spaces on the side for bottles. Inside there is pocket for laptop and smaller things. It fits all my stuff and a computer. The straps are easy to fit and there is a pocket at the back where I fit my phone.

just arrived today and like it so far. it has plenty of space but if you play to carry around every book or a lot of stuff, i don’t suggest that. go light. you can pick and choose what pins you want to use :)
The backpack is great. can be washed in a washing machine. One badge came a little cracked but it's not very noticeable. As a gift, they put a bracelet with Hello Kitty and an elastic band (I lost it somewhere). Bear soft!
