Refund policy
Within seven days of the original receipt of your order, refunds are accepted at any time. The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. Store credit is the only form of refund offered
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will send you your store credit by email. The original shipping cost of $4.00 is non-refundable.
Sale items and orders placed using promotion codes cannot be returned.
Damaged/ Not As Described Products:
Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
To arrange your return, please email hello@kaysmar.com with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.
