Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world Free. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

Because we curate and ship directly from our partners located around the world, your item may take slightly longer than expected to arrive, so please dont panic =)

Our warehouses processes and ships out all orders Mondays-Fridays.
After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1-5 working days. (processing time)
After your order is placed, you'll receive an E-Mail soon.

For international customers, it will take approximately 25-30 business days (or 3-5 weeks) to arrive after order processing time.

For US customers we work with partners there to ensure a faster delivery and they will arrive in 15-25 business days (or 2-4 weeks) after order processing time.
Please note that delivery times will increase due to the pandemic.


Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Please note that due to weight restrictions, your order can be delivered in separate packages. In addition, we source our products from multiple partners worldwide, so you may get your order in 2 or more packages. Do not worry, the rest of your order should be with you shortly. Each item has its own tracking code.

What shipping carriers do you use?

KAYSMAR partners with global manufacturers and merchants in order to provide you with the best prices and beautiful products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, Turkey, Spain, etc. via China Post, e-EMS(/EMS), FedEx, UPS and your local postal couriers.

Where do you ship from?

Most of the items will be shipped from our warehouses in Shanghai and Hongkong. We do this to keep the price competitive so our customers can enjoy quality home decor without stressing out the wallet.

Can I make changes to the shipping address after I place the order?

Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us asap with your name and order. So we can try to catch your package before it departs. 

We accept 12 hours’​ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. ​We're available 24/7 at ​hello@kaysmar.com .

Please note that any request received after 12 hours period after your order has been processed, are unfortunately unable to be changed. Kaysmar is not responsible for missing delivery due to incorrect information such as delivery address and phone numbers submitted by customers.

Refunds and Exchanges

Can I cancel my order?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. This is not a problem as long as the order has not yet been processed. There are no costs for canceling an order if it has not yet been processed!

We often submit items for shipment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!

Can I return a product that I bought when it was on sale??

Unfortunately all purchase on sales items are final. 

My order arrives damaged. What can I do?

We are sorry that this has happened to you. This happens very rarely, but due to international shipping, it can also happen to the best shipping provider. Please contact our customer service. You are kindly requested to send further details and we will arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

What currencies do you accept?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. â€‹All payments are in USD. â€‹Paying in local currency​ means your â€‹home​ bank handles the â€‹currency â€‹conversion; they will convert the â€‹currency​ from USD to Local currency for you.
